Bobby Weed
Robert C. "Bobby" Weed, Jr. (born April 13, 1955), president of Bobby Weed Golf Design, is a golf course designer and builder specializing in design, renovation and repurposing. A protégé of Pete Dye, he resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Weed is a member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects (American Society of Golf Course Architects, ASGCA), the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, GCSAA) and the Florida Turfgrass Association. Irmo () is a town in Lexington County, South Carolina, Lexington and Richland County, South Carolina, Richland counties, South Carolina, United States and a suburb of Columbia, South Carolina, Columbia. Golf Course
A golf course is the grounds on which the sport of golf is played. It consists of a series of holes, each consisting of a tee box, a fairway, the rough and other hazards, and a green with a cylindrical hole in the ground, known as a "cup". Tournament Players Club (TPC) is a chain of public and private golf courses operated by the PGA Tour.
