Robert Anton Grim (March 8, 1930 – October 23, 1996) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. Life Born in New York City, he was signed as an amateur free agent by the New York Yankees in 1948. His Major League debut was on April 18, 1954 for the Yankees. He wore uniform number 55 for the Yankees during his entire period on the team. He won 20 games (the first Yankee rookie to win 20 since 1910) and lost only 6 that year, with a 3.26 earned run average, and was voted American League Rookie of the Year, with 15 votes out of 24. He played in two World Series for the Yankees, in 1955 (against the Brooklyn Dodgers) and in 1957 (against the Milwaukee Braves). By 1957, because of arm troubles, he became an exclusive relief pitcher. He has been retroactively listed as leading the American League in saves in 1957 with 19. Robert Lee Grim (born May 8, 1945) is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL) from 1967–1977. High school and college career He played high school football at Red Bluff High School and college football at Oregon State University. In 1964, as a sophomore, he started at left end for the Beavers, helping to lead the team to the 1965 Rose Bowl. The 1965 Rose Bowl remains Oregon State's last Rose Bowl appearance. NFL career After the 1966-67 NFL football season, the Minnesota Vikings traded Fran Tarkenton for four draft picks in the 1967 NFL Draft. Bobby Grim
Robert "Bobby" Grim (September 4, 1924 – June 14, 1995) was an American racecar driver. Born in Coal City, Indiana, Grim died of cancer in Indianapolis, Indiana. He drove in the USAC Championship Car series, racing in the 1958-1969 seasons with 66 starts, including the Indianapolis 500 races each year from 1959-1968 except 1965. He finished in the top ten 30 times, with his one victory coming in 1960 at Syracuse. He won the 1959 Indy Rookie of the Year, despite finishing in 26th position. He was also the IMCA sprint car champion from 1955-1958 driving the famed "Black Deuce" Offy of Hector Honore. The Four Seasons (band)
The Four Seasons are an American rock music, rock and pop music, pop band formed in 1960 in Newark, New Jersey. Since 1970, they have also been known at times as Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. The band evolved out of a previous band called The Four Lovers, with Frankie Valli as the lead singer, Bob Gaudio on keyboards and tenor vocals, Tommy DeVito (musician), Tommy DeVito on lead guitar and baritone vocals, and Nick Massi on bass guitar and bass vocals. On nearly all of their 1960s hits, they were credited as The 4 Seasons. The legal name of the organization is the Four Seasons Partnership, formed by Gaudio and Valli, and was taken after a failed audition in 1960.
