Bob Brotzki
Robert John Brotzki (born December 24, 1962) is a former American football offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for the Indianapolis Colts and the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Syracuse University. Early years Brotzki attended St. Mary Central Catholic High School in Sandusky, Ohio, where he played as a tight end. He received All-state honors as a senior. He accepted a football scholarship from Syracuse University. As a freshman, he was named the starter at tight end. He was limited with an injury for most of the season, while finishing fifth on the team with 15 receptions for 131 yards and no touchdowns. As a junior, he was switched to the offensive line and was named the starter at left tackle. He recorded 45 consecutive starts during his college career. Tackle (gridiron Football Position)
Tackle is a playing position in gridiron football. Historically, in the one-platoon system prevalent in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, a tackle played on both offense and defense. In the modern system of specialized units, offensive tackle and defensive tackle are separate positions, and the stand-alone term "tackle" refers to the offensive tackle position only. The offensive tackle (OT, T) is a position on the offensive line, left and right. Like other offensive linemen, their job is to block: to physically keep defenders away from the offensive player who has the football and enable him to advance the football and eventually score a touchdown. The 1987 NFL season was the 68th regular season of the National Football League. This season featured games predominantly played by replacement players, as the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) players were on strike from weeks four to six with week three being cancelled in its entirety. Robert Morris University Illinois, formerly Robert Morris College, was a private university with its main campus in Chicago, Illinois. It was founded in 1965 but its oldest ancestor was the Moser School founded in 1913. It changed its name to Robert Morris University Illinois in 2009. Ronald Matthew Solt (born May 19, 1962) is a former American football guard in the National Football League. He played professionally for the Indianapolis Colts and the Philadelphia Eagles.
