Bob Bert
Robert Bertelli, better known as Bob Bert, is an American rock drummer. Biography Based in Hoboken, New Jersey, Bert initially came to prominence as drummer for the experimental rock band Sonic Youth during the early to mid-1980s. Bert played on the Sonic Youth releases '' Confusion Is Sex'', ''Sonic Death'', and ''Bad Moon Rising''. After ''Bad Moon Rising'', Bert quit the group. Bert contributed during the last half of the 1980s as percussionist for noise band Pussy Galore. He was a member of Action Swingers in the early 1990s.Strong, Martin C. Live Skull is a post-punk/experimental rock band from New York City, formed in 1982. ''Suicide: Alan Vega and Martin Rev'' is the second studio album by the American band Suicide. It was produced by Ric Ocasek of the Cars for Ze Records in 1980. Recorded in January 1980, Ocasek gave keyboardist Martin Rev new equipment to perform on while Alan Vega distanced himself from the music to concentrate on the vocals. Michael Zilkha of Ze pushed to give the album a more dance music oriented sound, hoping that disco musician Giorgio Moroder would produce it. The album was released in May 1980 and listed as one of the best albums of the year by the ''NME''. Alan Vega felt that "nothing big for he grouphappened" after its initial release. Both Vega and Rev issued solo albums following its release. Suicide was an American musical duo composed of vocalist Alan Vega and instrumentalist Martin Rev, intermittently active between 1970 and 2016. The group's pioneering music utilized minimalist electronic instrumentation, including synthesizers and primitive drum machines, and their early performances were confrontational and often ended in violence. A BB gun is a type of air gun designed to shoot metallic spherical projectiles called BBs (not to be confused with similar-looking bearing balls), which are approximately the same size as BB-size lead birdshot used on shotguns ( in diameter).
