Maritime geography is a collection of terms used by naval military units to loosely define three maritime regions: brown water, green water, and blue water. Definitions The elements of maritime geography are loosely defined and their meanings have changed throughout history. The USA's 2010 Naval Operations Concept defines blue water as "the open ocean", green water as "coastal waters, ports and harbors", and brown water as "navigable rivers and their estuaries". Robert Rubel of the US Naval War College includes bays in his definition of brown water, and in the past US military commentators have extended brown water out to from shore. During the Cold War, green water denoted those areas of ocean in which naval forces might encounter land-based aircraft and brown water, land-based artillery. Bluewater is a census-designated place (CDP) in McKinley County, New Mexico, United States. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census. The community is on the southern edge of the county, bordered to the south by Cibola County. It is in the Las Tusas Valley and is bordered to the north by Cottonwood Creek, which flows east into Bluewater Lake, a reservoir on Bluewater Creek, which continues east to the Rio San Jose at Bluewater Village in Cibola County. New Mexico State Road 612 (Bluewater Road) passes through the Bluewater CDP, leading northwest to Thoreau and Interstate 40. Demographics Education It is in Gallup-McKinley County Public Schools. The Secret Of Blue Water
is a Japanese anime television series inspired by the works of Jules Verne, particularly '' Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea'' and the exploits of Captain Nemo. The series was created by NHK, Toho and Korad, from a concept of Hayao Miyazaki, and directed by Hideaki Anno of Gainax. The series follows a young inventor named Jean and a former circus performer named Nadia, who wishes to return to her home in Africa, but soon discovers a secret hidden within her pendant that leads her off to adventure. In its original Japanese broadcast, it aired from 1990 to 1991, running for 39 episodes, and was distributed by ADV Films in the United States. ADV's Anime Network has broadcast the series in the United States. Blue Water High
''Blue Water High'' is an Australian television drama series, broadcast by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation on ABC1 and on Austar/ Foxtel Nickelodeon channel in Australia and on various channels in many other countries. Each season follows the lives of a young group of students at Solar Blue, a high-performance surf academy where several lucky 16-year-olds are selected for a 12-month-long surfing program at Bilgola Beach, Sydney. There are three series in Blue Water High. The first two series were screened in 2005 and 2006 and the producers did not intend to create a third and final series. However, due to popular demand by fans, they relented and made one more series with only Kate Bell returning in a main role.
