Block B
Block B ( ko, 블락비) is a South Korean boy band managed by KQ Entertainment, and consists of seven members: Taeil, B-Bomb, Jaehyo, U-Kwon, Park Kyung, Zico, and P.O. Block B has received several accolades, including nominations for seven Golden Disc Awards and eleven Seoul Music Awards. Block B was created by musician Cho PD in 2011 on a budget of US$1.4 million. They made their live debut on KBS' ''Music Bank'' and MTV's ''Match Up!'' that same year, and drew criticism for their sexually provocative performances. In 2012, they released their debut studio album, ''Blockbuster'', which finished in the top ten on the ''Billboard'' Korea and Gaon Album charts. Blooming Period
''Blooming Period'' is the fifth extended play by South Korean boy band Block B, released on April 11, 2016 by Seven Seasons, almost two years since their last Korean album, ''H.E.R''. The album contains two singles, "몇 년 후에 (A Few Years Later)", which was pre-released on March 28, 2016; and "Toy", which was released with the EP. Background and release The group announced the release of their fifth mini album in the first week of March in 2016 with plans of releasing its lead single ahead of the album. "몇 년 후에 (A Few Years Later)" was released digitally on March 28 and is described as 'neo soul genre music'. Lee Tae-il
Lee Tae-il (Hangul: 이태일, born September 24, 1990), better known by the mononym Taeil (Hangul: 태일), is a South Korean singer, signed under Seven Seasons. He is the main vocalist of Block B and is part of the T2u sub-unit with U-Kwon. Biography Lee Tae-il was born in Seoul, South Korea, where he lived with his parents, elder sister and younger brother. He graduated from Global Cyber University and previously attended Kim Myung-ki's Vocal Academy. Prior to joining Block B, he was a contestant on MBC's ''Star Audition 1''. Park Kyung
Park Kyung (Korean: 박경; born July 8, 1992), also known as just Kyung, is a South Korean rapper and record producer. He is a member of the group Block B. Career Pre-debut Park Kyung started his rapping career by promoting underground along with Zico. He used the name Holke, which means Horse-K. Bastarz (Korean: 바스타즈 (''Baseutajeu''); stylized BASTARZ) is the first official sub-unit of the South Korean boy band Block B. Established in April 2015, the sub-unit consists of three members: Block B's two main dancers, B-Bomb and U-Kwon, and the rapper P.O. The K-pop Hot 100 is a music singles chart in South Korea, launched by '' Billboard'' in conjunction with ''Billboard'' Korea () on August 25, 2011.
