''Blessings'' was the second studio album by contemporary Christian musician Laura Story. The album was released by INO Records on April 12, 2011, and produced by Nathan Nockels. The album has seen commercial charting successes, as well as receiving positive critical attention from music critics. Music and lyrics At ''CCM Magazine'', Grace S. Laura Mixon Story Elvington is an American contemporary Christian music singer-songwriter. ''Billboard'' ranked her as the 40th Top Christian Artist of the 2010s. She has won a Grammy and six GMA Dove Awards. Her second studio album, ''Blessings'', reached No. 1 on Top Christian Albums & Americana/Folk Albums (where it spent three weeks atop the charts), and peaked at No. 30 on the Billboard 200. It also achieved RIAA Gold status. The title track off the album '' Blessings'' became her first No. 1 hit on the '' Billboard'' Christian Songs chart. Cross Rhythms is a Christian media organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent, England. It operates an FM and online radio station, produces radio shows sent internationally, and its website has resources about contemporary Christian music. History 1983–2002 In 1983, Chris Cole started a 30-minute weekly Christian music radio show on Plymouth Sound FM, an Independent Local Radio station in Plymouth. Mac Powell
Mac Powell (born Johnny Mac Powell; December 25, 1972), originally from Clanton, Alabama, is an American singer, songwriter, producer, and musician who formed the Christian rock band Third Day with guitarist Mark Lee, with both of them being the only continuous members of the band prior to their disbandment in 2018. Powell also delves into country music, having released several independent country albums. As of 2021, he continues his career in Christian music as a solo artist. It catalogs more than three million album entries and 30 million tracks, as well as information on musicians and bands.
