Blessing Ufodiama
Blessing Ufodiama (born 28 November 1981) is an American former triple jumper. She is a three-time United States Olympic trials qualifier, with a best national finish of 2nd at the 2013 USA Indoor Track and Field Championships. Biography Ufodiama attended Long Beach Polytechnic High School, where she won the national indoor HS triple jump championship. She competed collegiately for the Washington State Cougars track and field team. After graduating Washington State in 2004, Ufodiama took a 3-year break from competing but returned after the birth of her son Emmanuel in 2007 to compete professionally. She went on to register top-10 finishes at the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships or USA Indoor Track and Field Championships for seven consecutive years, with a best finish of 2nd at the 2013 indoor championships. 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships – Men's 4 × 400 Metres Relay
The men's 4x400 metres relay competition at the 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships was held at the ASPIRE Academy for Sports Excellence, ASPIRE Dome on 13 and 14 March. In the first heat the United States and Jamaica took the top two spots as expected, shortly followed by the Dominican Republic in a Dominican records in athletics, national record time of 3:06.30. 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships
The 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships in Athletics was held between 12 and 14 March at the Aspire Dome in Doha, Qatar. The championships was the first of six IAAF World Athletics Series events to take place in 2010. Bidding and organisation The IAAF announced on March 25, 2007, at an IAAF Council meeting in Mombasa, Kenya that it had received bids from Turkey and Qatar to host the championships. World Athletics Indoor Championships
The World Athletics Indoor Championships are a biennial indoor track and field competition served as the global championship for that version of the sport. Organised by the World Athletics, the competition was inaugurated as the ''World Indoor Games'' in 1985 in Paris, France and were subsequently renamed to IAAF World Indoor Championships in 1987. The current name was adapted with the name change of the sports governing body in 2019.
