Blaze Berdahl
Blaze Autumn Berdahl (born September 6, 1980) is an American actress best known for her roles as Lenni Frazier in the children's television series ''Ghostwriter'' and Ellie Creed in the film ''Pet Sematary'' (1989). Early life Berdahl was born on September 6, 1980, in New York City, the youngest daughter of Rita, a teacher, and Roger Berdahl, an actor. She was born just one minute after her twin sister, Beau Dakota Berdahl, a talent agent. She also has an older brother, Sky Ashley Berdahl, a periodontist. Berdahl was a student at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Career Berdahl made her film debut in the 1989 Stephen King adaptation of ''Pet Sematary.'' She did voiceover work for ''Richard Scarry's Best ABC Video Ever!'' in 1989. From 1992 to 1995 she played Lenni Frazier on the PBS children's show ''Ghostwriter.'' ''Ghostwriter'' is a children's mystery television series created by Liz Nealon and produced by Children's Television Workshop and BBC Television. It began airing on PBS on October 4, 1992, and the last episode aired on February 12, 1995. The series revolves around a multiethnic group of friends from Brooklyn who solve neighborhood crimes and mysteries as a team of youth detectives with the help of a ghost named Ghostwriter. Ghostwriter can communicate with children only by manipulating whatever text and letters he can find and using them to form words and sentences. Boiceville, New York
Boiceville is a hamlet in the town of Olive, Ulster County, New York, United States. Located at the intersection of New York State Route 28 and New York State Route 28A, Boiceville is within Catskill State Park. Boiceville was named for Lemuel Boice (born in Shokan in 1819, died in Boiceville, 1899), who established a tannery in the town. Members of the Boice family owned tanneries, bluestone quarries, stores, farms, lumber businesses and mills in Olive for many years. Boiceville was relocated due to the construction of the Ashokan Reservoir. The current commercial center of the town is subject to severe flooding during exceptionally powerful storms.
