Blackpool Football Club Girls & Ladies are an English Women's association football, women's football club affiliated with Blackpool F.C. Founded in 2008, the club currently play in the , with home games played at the Hassra Sports Pavilion. Blackpool achieved successive promotions from what was then the eighth tier Lancashire FA Women's County League, Lancashire County Division Two, seventh tier Lancashire County Division One, and sixth tier North West Women's Regional Football League , North West Regional Northern Division during the 2008–09, 2009–10, and 2010–11 seasons. Bloomfield Road
Bloomfield Road is a single-tier football stadium in Blackpool, Lancashire, England, which has been the home of Blackpool F.C. since 1901. It is the third stadium in the club's existence, the previous two being Raikes Hall Gardens and the Athletic Grounds. Largely unchanged since the 1960s, the stadium began a redevelopment phase in the early 2000s. A temporary East Stand was erected before the start of the 2010–11 season, the club's debut in the Premier League. It is still in place today. Thornton-Cleveleys
Thornton-Cleveleys is a conurbation consisting of the village of Thornton and the town of Cleveleys. The two settlements formed a joint urban district from 1927 until 1974, before becoming part of Wyre. The two settlements constitute part of the Blackpool Urban Area. Political geography The civil parish of Thornton became an urban district in 1900, and was then renamed Thornton-Cleveleys in 1927. On 1 April 1974 the urban district became part of the Borough of Wyre. Thornton-Cleveleys corresponds with five wards of the borough. The Lancashire County Football Association, also known simply as the Lancashire FA, is the governing body of football within the historical county boundaries of Lancashire, England. They are responsible for the governance and development of football at all levels in the county. North West Women's Regional Football League
The North West Women's Regional Football League (NWWRFL) is one of the eight English regional leagues comprising the fifth and sixth tiers of the English women's football pyramid. The other seven leagues are the North East, East Midlands, West Midlands, Eastern, London and South East, South West and Southern. Stalmine
Stalmine is a village in the civil parish of Stalmine-with-Staynall, in the Wyre borough of Lancashire, England, in a part of the Fylde known as Over Wyre. The village is located on a small hill on the A588, the main road between Hambleton and Lancaster, with the highest level 75 ft above sea level. The village name has been spelled Stalmin (in 1205) and Stalemynne (in 1278). The village had a population of 1,087 at the 2011 Census.
