Black Tarantula
Black Tarantula is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character first appears in ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' #419 (January 1997), and makes his first full appearance in ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' #432 (March 1998). Black Tarantula was created by writer Tom DeFalco and artist Steve Skroce who stole the name from a Harry Belafonte song. Fictional character biography The origin of the Black Tarantula is shrouded in mystery and misinformation. There is a legend that the Black Tarantula was a European explorer, who traveled to Japan several centuries ago and was trained by the ninja clan called the Hand. At the end of the training he was awarded with a special potion that gave him superhuman powers and immortality. ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' is an ongoing American comic book series featuring the Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man as its main protagonist. Being in the Earth 616, mainstream continuity of the franchise, it began publication in 1963 as a bimonthly periodical (as ''Amazing Fantasy'' had been), quickly being increased to monthly, and was published continuously, with a brief interruption in 1995, until its second volume with a new numbering order in 1999. In 2003, the series reverted to the numbering order of the first volume. The title has occasionally been published biweekly, and was published three times a month from 2008 to 2010. Bullseye is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. A psychopathic assassin, Bullseye uses the opportunities afforded by his line of work to exercise his homicidal tendencies and to work out his own personal vendetta against Daredevil (Marvel Comics character), Daredevil. He is also an enemy of the Punisher. Shadowland (comics)
"Shadowland" is a 2010 comic book storyline published by Marvel Comics, focusing on Daredevil and other "street-level" superheroes in the Marvel Universe. The storyline started in the Daredevil comic and was expanded upon in the ''Shadowland'' five-issue mini series as well as four tie-in mini series, four one-shots, and two issues of '' Thunderbolts''. The storyline was collected into seven individual hard cover and soft cover Trade paperbacks in 2011. The story chronicles Daredevil's return to Hell's Kitchen after he becomes the leader of the Hand Ninja clan. He builds a temple/prison in Hell's Kitchen, the eponymous Shadowland. His methods get more extreme as he kills long-time adversary Bullseye. Franklin Percy "Foggy" Nelson is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Angela del Toro is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is the fourth character to use the White Tiger name. Influenza, commonly known as "the flu", is an infectious disease caused by influenza viruses. Hell's Kitchen, also known as Clinton, is a neighborhood on the West Side of Midtown Manhattan in New York City.
