Black Men United (B.M.U.) was a collaboration of many African-American male contemporary R&B, R&B, neo soul and soul music artists. Their only song "U Will Know", written by a young D'Angelo, was released in 1994. It was featured in the film ''Jason's Lyric'', and on Jason's Lyric (soundtrack), the film's soundtrack. H-Town is an American R&B vocal group from Houston, Texas, United States. H-Town was founded in 1990 by twin brothers Keven "Dino" Conner ( 1974 – 2003), Solomon “Shazam" Conner and their friend Darryl "G.I." Jackson. H-Town recorded six hits during the early to mid–1990s. History Formation The group grew up together in Houston's Yellowstone neighborhood located on the south side of the city. While attending Jack Yates High School, in 1991, Keven and Solomon Conner formed a band with Darryl Jackson. They were known as "The Gents" and recorded their first album, ''It's No Dream'', with producer Phil Blackmon. Tony! Toni! Toné! was an American soul/ R&B band from Oakland, California, popular during the late 1980s and early to mid-1990s. During the band's heyday, it was composed of D'wayne Wiggins on lead vocals and guitar, his brother Raphael Saadiq (born Charles Ray Wiggins) on lead vocals and bass, and their cousin Timothy Christian Riley on drums, keyboards, and background vocals. Mint condition is an expression used to denote the quality of a pre-owned good as displaying virtually no imperfections and being in pristine condition relative to its original production state. Originally, the phrase related to the way collectors described the condition of coins. As the name given to a coin factory is a "mint", then ''mint condition'' is the condition a coin is in when it leaves the mint. Variations The term ''mint condition'' may be used to describe a variety of collectible items, including action figures, dolls, toys, stamps, records, comic books, video games and similar items.
