''Monsters in the Closet'' is Swollen Members' third studio album released on Battleaxe Records. ''Monsters in the Closet'' is a collection of B-sides, rarities and unreleased tracks from the groups back catalog. In order to properly promote the record however, three brand new songs were created, two of which became popular singles. "Steppin Thru" led the way, continuing their streak of successful singles. "Breath" was the next one, featuring one of their best known videos courtesy of Todd McFarlane, a Canadian artist primarily known for comic books like Spawn, also the music video ended up reaching #1 MuchMusic's Top 30 Countdown. Both singles did exceptionally well with videos that topped the MuchMusic Countdown and helped the record reach Gold Status almost immediately. The Psycho Realm is an American hip hop group started in 1989 by brothers Sick Jacken (Joaquín Gonzalez) and Big Duke (Gustavo Gonzalez) from the Downtown, Pico-Union area of Los Angeles. History The first recorded Psycho Realm song, "Scandalous," was released on the soundtrack of the film, ''Mi Vida Loca'', in 1994. That same year B-Real of the rap group Cypress Hill saw Psycho Realm performing at Olvera Street for an End Barrio Warfare concert. Their performance inspired B-Real to the point that he wanted to join the group. In 1997 Sony released the first Psycho Realm album, labelled as an addition to the Cypress Hill Family by the sticker placed on the CD case. Chris Oroc a.k.a. Melvin Babu (born September 17, 1974), better known as DJ Babu or DJ Babu the Dilated Junkie, is a Filipino-American DJ and producer. He is a member of the hip hop trio Dilated Peoples, with Rakaa Iriscience and Evidence and is also a member of the Beat Junkies DJ crew. He served as the curator and host of ''Soundcheck'' for Beat Junkie Radio on Dash Radio. Rascalz are a Canadian hip-hop group from Vancouver, British Columbia. The group played a crucial role in the artistic and commercial development of Canadian hip hop as well as specifically for the Westcoast scene in Vancouver popularizing the term “Van City”.
