Marcello Ciorciolini (16 January 1922 – 5 September 2011) was an Italian screenwriter, director, playwright, television and radio author and lyricist. Life and career Born in Rome, Ciorciolini began his career in 1950 as a radio writer, often collaborating with Alberto Talegalli. Shorty later he entered the cinema industry as screenwriter, specializing in the comedy genre and also directing a number of films. As a lyricist he was author of several hits, notably Mina's "Una zebra a pois" and " Ti guarderò nel cuore", the theme song of ''Mondo cane''. Between 1970s and 1980s he was mainly active as an author of television variety shows. On stage, he was active as an author of revues and comedy plays, and more sporadically of dramas. Ciorciolini was one of the favorite authors of the comic duo Franco and Ciccio, with whom he collaborated in television, cinema and even for some songs. Craig Hill (born Craighill Fowler; March 5, 1926 – April 21, 2014) was an American film actor from Los Angeles, California. Career He began his film career as a contract star for 20th Century Fox beginning with ''Cheaper by the Dozen''. He also appeared in Sam Fuller's ''Fixed Bayonets'' (1951) and John Ford's ''What Price Glory'' as well as in a key role opposite Kirk Douglas in the 1951 crime drama ''Detective Story''. After leaving Fox, he co-starred in Universal's ''The Black Shield of Falworth'' (1954) and appeared in several American television shows. He is best known for co-starring in the Desilu Studios television series ''Whirlybirds'' from 1957 to 1960, playing "P.T. Moore". In the mid-1960s, he moved to Spain and gained a new series of fans as a lead actor in several Spaghetti Westerns beginning with ''Hands of a Gunfighter'' (1965). Riziero Ortolani (; 25 March 192623 January 2014) was an Italian composer, conductor, and orchestrator, predominantly of film scores. He scored over 200 films and television programs between 1955 and 2014, with a career spanning over fifty years. Internationally, he is best known for his genre scores, notably his music for mondo, giallo, horror, and Spaghetti Western films. His most famous composition is "More," which he wrote for the infamous film ''Mondo Cane''. It won the 1964 Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Theme and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Song at the 36th Academy Awards. The song was later covered by Frank Sinatra, Kai Winding, Andy Williams, Roy Orbison, and others. Eurospy Film
Eurospy film, or Spaghetti spy film (when referring to Italian-produced films in the genre), is a genre of spy films produced in Europe, especially in Italy, France, and Spain, that either sincerely imitated or else parodied the British James Bond spy series feature films. The first wave of Eurospy films were released in 1964, two years after the first James Bond film, '' Dr. No'', and in the same year as the premiere of what many consider to be the apotheosis of the Bond series, '' Goldfinger''. For the most part, the Eurospy craze lasted until around 1967 or 1968. In Italy, where most of these films were produced, this trend replaced the declining sword and sandal genre. Teresa Gimpera
Teresa Gimpera Flaquer (born 21 September 1936) is a Spanish film and television actress and former model of the 60s and 70s. Biography Teresa Gimpera Flaquer was born in Igualada, province of Barcelona, on 21 September 1936. Her parents were both teachers, and grew up in the Sant Andreu neighbourhood of Barcelona. Her first job was with Leopoldo Pomes as an advertisement model. She later made her film debut in '' Fata Morgana'' (1965). She went on to star in numerous films throughout the 1960s and 1970s. She married Octavio Sarsanedas, who worked in advertising at the Seix Barral publishing house. They had three children, Marc, Job, and Joan. In 1990 she married U.S. actor Craig Hill; he had moved to Barcelona, Spain where he had found work in Spaghetti Westerns. They were married for 24 years until Hill's death in April 2014. George Wang (born Wang Yie, 12 November 1918 – 27 March 2015) was a Taiwanese actor and producer who appeared in a multitude of Italian films. Biography Born in Dandong, Liaoning, Wang enrolled the Shanghai drama school China Film Studio in 1938 and the following year he made his film debut in ''Defending Our Homeland'' (''保家鄉''). In 1949, Wang moved to Taiwan, becoming one of the most important stars in the early years of Taiwanese cinema.
