Black (band Black Album)
''Black'' is the fourth studio album by Bangladeshi rock band Black. In 2009 Black announced on their official Facebook page that they had started to work on their fourth studio album and it would be a self-titled album. Work on the album properly started after Rafiqul Ahsan Titu (ex-Aashor) joined the band as the permanent bass player after Shahriar Shagor left the band. Black stated, they had plans to release the album on the Eid-ul-Azha of 2010, but due to other commitments of the band members and tight scheduling they were unable to succeed. After a few more changes of speculated release dates the band finally announced the official release date, August 21, 2011. According to the band, the album contains the heaviest possible music they have yet made. The first single off the album was "Aajo...", its music video premiered at YouTube in September 2011. Black (Bangladeshi Band)
Black is a Bangladeshi rock band formed in 1998 in Dhaka originally formed by Jon Kabir (lead singer, rhythm guitars), Mushfeque Jahan (lead guitars), Mahmudul Karim Miraz (bass guitars), Tony Vincent (drums) and Tahsan Rahman Khan (keyboards) who joined the band in 2000. After signing a contract with G-Series, Black broke through the mainstream with their debut studio album ''" আমার পৃথিবী (Amar Prithibi)"'' (2002). Since then, they have released five studio albums and have appeared in some mixed albums. Their latest album ''"ঊনমানুষ (Unomanush)"'' was released in 2016 by G-Series. G-Series is a major Bangladeshi record label. The company produces and publishes cassettes, CDs, VCDs, and DVDs of dramas, telefilms, movies, and music. It is one of the largest such companies in Bangladesh. The owner of the company is Nazmul Haque Bhuiyan, popularly known as Khaled. The Daily Star described it a major record label in Bangladesh. History G-Series was established in 1983 by Nazmul Haque Bhuiyan. In 2006, Agniveena production was founded as a sister concern of G-Series. G-series is named after the famous book of poems, Gitanjali of Rabindranath Tagore. In 2007, G-Series was seeing a decline in the sale of compact disks due to piracy. In 2010, for the Eid market, G-series and Agniveena, its sister concern, released 30 albums. The same year the company partnered with BBC World Service Trust to launch BBC Janala on CD. Abar (Album)
''আবার (Again)'' is the third studio album by Bangladeshi rock band Black, released on July 10, 2008. After a full five-year hiatus the band released the album under the sponsorship of Warid Telecom. A gala was held for the album's release at Dhaka's Bashundhara City shopping mall, with the band performing various songs from the album with collaborations from other notable artists. The album was said to have sold 5,000 copies three hours after launch and is considered to be Black's most critically acclaimed album and a landmark record for the rock music scene of Bangladesh. Foad Nasser Babu (born 31 May) is a Bangladeshi music composer. He is the founder, band leader, music composer, Lyricist, singer and the keyboardist of ''Feedback'', a Bangladeshi band. He also plays piano, bass guitar and rhythm both in session music recordings and in the live shows. Melay Jaire is one of his best composition, written & melody composed by Maqsoodul Haque. Sarangi
The sārangī is a bowed, short-necked string instrument played in traditional music from South Asia – Punjabi folk music, Rajasthani folk music, and Boro folk music (there known as the ''serja'') – in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. It is said to most resemble the sound of the human voice through its ability to imitate vocal ornaments such as ''gamaks'' (shakes) and ''meends'' (sliding movements). The sarangi (Nepali) is a different instrument, traditional to Nepal. History Sarangi derives its name from the bow of Lord Vishnu and probably as it is played with a bow it is named sarangi.
