Björn Svante Afzelius (27 January 1947 – 16 February 1999 ) was a Swedish singer-songwriter and guitar player. He was an outspoken socialist, known for his support for Olof Palme. His songs are about love, politics and joys and sadness in life. Career Björn Svante Afzelius was born on 27 January 1947 in Huskvarna, Jönköping County. His father Svante Arnold Afzelius (1923–1976) was an engineer and his mother Ulla Afzelius (1926–1971) was a housewife. His only sibling is his brother Bengt (b. 1952) who is a music teacher. He came into contact with music from a very young age, because his mother and her side of the family were largely into music. In 1970, Afzelius formed the progg group Hoola Bandoola Band together with Mikael Wiehe. Björn Nils Olof Skifs (; born 20 April 1947) is a Swedish singer, songwriter, actor, and screenwriter. Career Björn Skifs formed his first musical group, Slam Creepers, in 1962. Slam Creepers split in 1969 and Skifs went on to form a new band, Blåblus (a farmer's or workman's shirt (blus, blouse) made from blue (blå, blue) fabric - a pun (blues)) in 1972. As the lead singer of Blue Swede (another pun - blue + suede), the band had a No. 1 hit on ''Billboard'' Hot 100 in 1974 with a cover of Mark James's "Hooked on a Feeling". Björn Gösta Tryggve Granath (5 April 1946 – 5 February 2017) was a Swedish actor who appeared in over 100 films and television shows. Granath was born in Örgryte, Gothenburg, Sweden. He starred in a broad range of roles from comedic to dramatic. He was active as an actor and director at the Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm between the years 1987–2007. Björn Johan Andrésen (born 26 January 1955) is a Swedish actor and musician. He is best known for playing the 14-year-old Tadzio in Luchino Visconti's 1971 film adaptation of the 1912 Thomas Mann novella ''Death in Venice''. He also played a minor role in Ari Aster's 2019 folk horror film ''Midsommar''. Early life Andrésen's father has never been identified and his mother, Barbro Elisabeth Andrésen, took her own life when he was 10 years old. He was then brought up by his maternal grandparents. Hugo Björne (4 February 1886 – 14 February 1966) was a Swedish film and theater actor. Biography Ernst Hugo Alexis Björne was born in Varberg in Halland, Sweden. He made his stage debut in 1907 and belonged to the acting company of Hjalmar Selander until 1911 when he moved to the theater company of Einar Fröberg where he worked until 1914. Björne was involved at Svenska Teatern in Stockholm (1914–1925), at Vasateatern (1925–1926), at Oscarsteatern (1926–1932) and later at Vasateatern under the direction of Gösta Ekman (1932–1936). After 1946, he became committed to the Dramaten. He made his film acting debut in 1913, starring in silent movies. Later, Björne would be better known as a supporting actor. Lars Gunnar Raldo "Lasse" Björn (born 16 December 1931) is a retired ice hockey defenceman who played 217 games for the national team Tre Kronor. He was born in Stockholm, Sweden. He won nine Swedish ice hockey championships with Djurgårdens IF between 1950 and 1963, making him the only player ever to have won that many championships.
