Bjarni Lárusson
Bjarnólfur "Bjarni" Lárusson (born 11 March 1976) is an Icelandic former professional association football, footballer who played as a midfielder for Walsall F.C., Walsall and Scunthorpe United F.C., Scunthorpe United in the English Football League. He also played for Hibernian F.C., Hibernian in the Scottish Premier League, where he scored once against Kilmarnock F.C., Kilmarnock. Vestmannaeyjar (, sometimes anglicized as Westman Islands) is a municipality and archipelago off the south coast of Iceland. The largest island, Heimaey, has a population of 4,414, most of whom live in the archipelago's main town, Vestmannaeyjabær. The other islands are uninhabited, although six have single hunting cabins. Vestmannaeyjar came to international attention in 1973 with the eruption of Eldfell volcano, which destroyed many buildings and forced a month-long evacuation of the entire population to mainland Iceland.
