Bjarne Laustsen

	Bjarne Laustsen Bjarne Laustsen (born 19 December 1968 in Skivum) is a Danish politician, who is a member of the Folketing for the Social Democrats political party. He was elected into parliament in the 1998 Danish general election, having previously been in parliament between 1992 and 1994. He was on the municipal council of Støvring Municipality Until 1 January 2007, Støvring Municipality was a municipality covering an area of 220 km², and with a total population of 13,057 (2005). Støvring municipality ceased to exist as the result of ''Kommunalreformen'' ("The Municipality Refor ... from 1986 to 1993. picture info	Folketing The Folketing ( da, Folketinget, ; ), also known as the Parliament of Denmark or the Danish Parliament in English, is the unicameral national legislature (parliament) of the Kingdom of Denmark—Denmark proper together with the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Established in 1849, until 1953 the Folketing was the lower house of a bicameral parliament, called the Rigsdag; the upper house was Landstinget. It meets in Christiansborg Palace, on the islet of Slotsholmen in central Copenhagen. The Folketing passes all laws, approves the cabinet, and supervises the work of the government. 	North Jutland (Folketing Constituency) North Jutland ( da, Nordjylland) is one of the 12 multi-member constituencies of the Folketing, the national legislature of Denmark. The constituency was established in 2007 following the public administration structural reform. It consists of the municipalities of Aalborg, Brønderslev, Frederikshavn, Hjørring, Jammerbugt, Læsø, Mariagerfjord, Morsø, Rebild, Thisted and Vesthimmerland.
