Bjarne Døhlen
Bjarne Døhlen (1904 – 1989) was a Norwegian jurist and civil servant. He graduated with the cand.jur. degree in 1927, and worked as a deputy judge in Sør-Gudbrandsdal from 1928 to 1930. In 1930 he worked briefly as a junior solicitor before being hired in the Ministry of Finance A ministry of finance is a part of the government in most countries that is responsible for matters related to the finance. Sør-Gudbrandsdal District Court
Sør-Gudbrandsdal District Court ( no, Sør-Gudbrandsdal tingrett) was a district court in Innlandet county, Norway. The court was based in Lillehammer. The court existed from 1731 until 2021. It served the municipalities of Gausdal, Lillehammer, Øyer, Ringebu and Sør-Fron. Cases from this court could be appealed to Eidsivating Court of Appeal. The court was a court of first instance. Its judicial duties were mainly to settle criminal cases and to resolve civil litigation as well as bankruptcy. The administration and registration tasks of the court included death registration, issuing certain certificates, performing duties of a notary public, and officiating civil wedding ceremonies. Cases from this court were heard by a combination of professional judges and lay judges. The Royal Norwegian Ministry of Government Administration, Reform and Church Affairs (FAD) ( no, Fornyings-, administrasjons- og kirkedepartementet) was a Norwegian ministry. It was established as the Ministry of Government Administration and Reform in 2006 by Stoltenberg's Second Cabinet. Its last leader was Rigmor Aasrud (Labour). When Solberg's Cabinet assumed office in October 2013, Jan Tore Sanner took over the ministry, pending its discontinuation from 2014. Henrik Lundh
Henrik Julius Lundh (16 April 1894 – February 1985) was a Norwegian civil servant. He was born in Kristiania as a son of Ragnar Lundh (1863–1924) and Aggie Olsen (1875–1946). From 1919 he was married to Ragnhild Tandberg, but she died in 1922. From 1924 he was married to Elise Caroline Aubert (1898–1972). He finished his secondary education in 1911, and enrolled in law studies. He was a journalist while studying. He graduated from the University of Oslo with the cand.jur. degree in 1916, and worked as a deputy judge, junior solicitor and from 1919 secretary in the Ministry of Justice and the Police. He took the dr.juris degree in 1929 and was promoted to assistant secretary in the Ministry of Justice and the Police in 1930. He issued the books ''Navneloven'' in 1924 and ''Navneplikt og navnerett'' in 1928, both concerning the formal naming conventions. He also contributed to newspapers and periodicals. Nils Mugaas
Nils Rustung Mugaas (1921–1992) was a Norwegian trade unionist and civil servant. He chaired Statstjenestemannskartellet from 1969 to 1974 and Statens Personaldirektorat from 1974 to 1990. Statens Personaldirektorat was abolished after 1990, but was succeeded by a department in the Ministry of Government Administration and Labour led by a Government Director of Personnel.
