Bishnu Majhi ( ne, विष्णु माझी; born 1986) is a Nepalese folk singer. The highest paid singer in Nepal, she has recorded over 5,000 songs in a career spanning 15 years, including "Sital Dine Pipal Sami Chha", "Driver Dai Man Paryo Malai", "Lalupate Nughyo Bhuintira", "Purbako Mechi Ni Hamrai Ho, Paschim Mahakali Ni Hamrai Ho" and "Rumal Hallai Hallai", among others. Her 2018 song "Salko Patko Tapari Huni" became the most viewed Nepali folk song on Youtube, with more than 90 million views, as of early 2020. Chapakot Municipality
Chapakot ( ne, चापाकोट) is a municipality in the southeastern part of Syangja District in Gandaki Province of central Nepal. The new municipality was formed by merging three existing villages— Ratnapur, Kuwakot and Chapakot—on 18 May 2014. In 12 March 2017 The government implemented the new local administrative structure consisting of 744 local units. With the implementation of this new local administrative structure, the old structure will no longer be in existence. According to the new structure, VDCs will be replaced with village councils. Intercaste marriage (ICM), also known as marrying out of caste, is a form of exogamous nuptial union that involve two individuals belonging to different castes. Intercaste marriages are particularly perceived as socially unacceptable and taboo in most parts of South Asia. By region 5.8% of marriages in India is Intercaste marriage.
