Birch Run Premium Outlets is an outlet mall in Birch Run, Michigan. The largest outlet mall in the Midwestern United States, it opened in 1986. Birch Run is a village in Saginaw County, Michigan, Saginaw County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 1,553 at the 2010 United States Census, 2010 census.
