''Bir Bikram 2'' is a 2019 Nepali romantic comedy film. The film was directed by Milan Chams, written by Pradeep Bhardwaj who is the top paid screen writer of nepalese film industry ,produced by Milan Chams, and executive produced by Arpan Sapkota under the banner of Chams Entertainment. The film stars Paul Shah, Barsha Siwakoti, Najir Hussain, Buddhi Tamang, and Desh Bhakta Khanal. ''Bir Bikram 2'' is a sequel to the 2016 film ''Bir Bikram'', and received mixed reviews from the critics but met with positive response from audience. The film was success in single screens but had a poor run in multiplexes giving it a box office verdict of Below Average. Plot Two best friends, Bir (Paul Shah) and Bikram (Najir Hussain), fall in love with the same girl, Badal (Barsha Siwakoti). She falls in love with Bir. Milan Chams
Milan Chams (born 20 March 1980) is a director of Nepali films. He is best known for the films Bir Bikram and Lily Bily which have received a number of awards. Other films he directed include Bir Bikram 2. Chams caused an uproar when he filed charges against stand-up comedian Pranesh Gautam after the latter gave a satirical review of Bir Bikram 2. His critics accused him of bullying and harassing movie critics upon getting negative reviews. Bir Bikram 2 was widely panned by the critics. It was criticized for its sexist overtones and also accused of plagiarizing scenes from 'Sholay', a hit Bollywood film from the 70's. Najir Hussain
Mohamad Najir Husen, popularly known as Najir Husen, is a Nepalese film actor, known for his work in the Nepalese entertainment industry. One of the most critically acclaimed actors in Nepal, Husen began his career in acting at the Mandala Theater, Nepal. ''Bir Bikram'' ( ne, बिर बिक्रम, translit=Bira Bikrama) is a 2016 romantic comedy film directed by Milan Chams. This movie features Nepalese actors Dayahang Rai, Anoop Bikram Shahi, Deeya Pun, Arpan Thapa, Menuka Pun and Najir Hussain in the lead roles. The movie tells a story about best friends who get separated when they are young but later reunite, with the same dreams they used to have. Ranjit Gazmer
Ranjit Gazmer is an Indian film music director and a musician, who is noted for his work in Nepali-language films. He had a long association with music director R.D. Burman as a musician. Early life Ranjit Gazmer is from a gold merchant family of Darjeeling, West Bengal. Gazmer was a student of Amber Gurung at his Art Academy of Music in Darjeeling. His contemporaries were Gopal Yonzon, Karma Yonzon, Sharan Pradhan, Aruna Lama and Jitendra Bardewa, all of whom went on to be musicians.
