Billy Lumley
William Daniel Lumley (born 28 December 1989) is an English footballer who played as a goalkeeper mainly in England. Career Born in Loughton, Essex, Lumley started his career as a youth player at Wolverhampton Wanderers, before joining the Glenn Hoddle Academy in Spain following his release in 2008. Glenn Hoddle commented on the player saying; "Billy impressed me as a goalkeeper with his all-round ability during the selection process" and "he not only demonstrated his vision and shot stopping prowess, but also his willingness to learn, something critical to his future success". In July 2009, he joined Brentford on trial, although was not offered a contract. Alongside eight other players, Lumley joined Conference National side Grays Athletic on 5 August 2009, before joining Conference North team Stafford Rangers. Loughton
Loughton () is a town and civil parish in the Epping Forest District of Essex. Part of the metropolitan and urban area of London, the town borders Chingford, Waltham Abbey, Theydon Bois, Chigwell and Buckhurst Hill, and is northeast of Charing Cross. The parish of Loughton covers part of Epping Forest, in 1996 some parts of the south of the old parish were transferred to Buckhurst Hill parish, and other small portions to Chigwell and Theydon Bois. It is the most populous civil parish in the Epping Forest district, and within Essex it is the second most populous civil parish (after Canvey Island) and the second largest in the area. Ian Sampson
Ian Sampson (born 14 November 1968 in Wakefield) is an English former footballer. He played as a defender for Goole Town, Sunderland, Northampton Town and Tottenham Hotspur. Following his retirement Sampson rejoined Northampton initially working in the youth setup before going to manage the club from 2009 until 2011. Playing career In his playing days he was a central defender, beginning his professional career in 1990 when Sunderland signed him from non-league Goole Town. He only made 21 appearances in four years however, before joining Northampton in 1994 after a successful loan spell. He played for the Cobblers for 10 years, making 449 appearances, placing him second in the list of appearance makers behind Tommy Fowler. The Isthmian League () is a regional men's football league covering Greater London, East and South East England, featuring mostly semi-professional clubs.
