Billy Abbott is a fictional character from ''The Young and the Restless'', an American soap opera on the CBS network. Created by William J. Bell as the son of John Abbott ( Jerry Douglas) and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton), the character is currently portrayed by Jason Thompson.
