Bilo, Ethiopia
Bilo, formerly spelled Billo and Billò, is a town in central Ethiopia. It is located in the East Welega Zone of the Oromia at an elevation of above sea level. Bilo is the administrative center of Wama Bonaya woreda and was sometimes also known as Bila and Falle. Overview Local landmarks in Bilo include the Medhane Alem church. ''Billu'', previously known as ''Billu Barber'', is a 2009 Indian Hindi-language comedy drama film by Priyadarshan, produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and distributed by Eros International, with an adapted screenplay by Manisha Korde and Mushtaq Sheikh based on the script by Sreenivasan. Billo De Ghar
''Billo De Ghar'' ( pa, ) is début album by Pakistani pop singer Abrar-ul-Haq. It was written, composed and sung by the artist and became a best selling album in South Asia at the time of its release in 1995. As of 2004, over 16million copies of the album have been sold. The lyrics of the songs are in Punjabi and Urdu. Although the album's title song "Billo De Ghar" is in Punjabi, only three of the album's ten tracks are in Punjabi, while the rest are in Urdu. "Billo De Ghar" describes a man trying to meet with a girl, Billo, and is harassed by an assortment of police and moralists in the process. The song became a subject of some controversy when Urdu newspapers began quoting Lahori mullahs who claimed the song describing a man falling in love with a prostitute and wanting to marry her. Luis María Frómeta Pereyra most known as Billo Frómeta (15 November 1915, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic – 5 May 1988, Caracas, Venezuela) was a Dominican orchestra conductor, arranger and composer Billo's compositions achieve international fame, and those dedicated to Caracas, where he married several times and raised a family, made him the most beloved of composers. He always included Dominican Merengue and mangulinas in his recordings. Billo Frómeta with his group, Billo’s Caracas Boys. He was a great entertainer for Dominican musicians who visited Caracas such as Johnny Ventura and Wilfrido Vargas. Besides the merengue, the joropo was his great passion.
