Billings Bighorns
The Billings Bighorns were a junior ice hockey team in the Western Hockey League who played from 1977 to 1982. The team was originally the Calgary Centennials. They played at the MetraPark Arena in Billings, Montana. The team wore uniforms based upon those then used by the Washington Capitals. They moved to Nanaimo after the 1981–82 season. Billings, Montana
Billings is the largest city in the U.S. state of Montana, with a population of 117,116 as of the 2020 census. Located in the south-central portion of the state, it is the seat of Yellowstone County and the principal city of the Billings Metropolitan Area, which had a population of 184,167 in the 2020 census. Mike Eagles
Michael Bryant Eagles (born March 7, 1963) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey forward who played sixteen seasons in the National Hockey League. He is currently the Athletic Director of St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Pre-NHL Eagles won two Ontario Hockey League championships (1981 and 1982) and the Memorial Cup (1982) with the Kitchener Rangers. NHL career Eagles was drafted 116th overall by the Quebec Nordiques in the 1981 NHL Entry Draft. He played 853 career NHL games, scoring 74 goals and 122 assists for 196 points. Bob Rouse
Robert John Rouse (born June 18, 1964) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He is a two-time Stanley Cup champion, winning in back to back years with the Detroit Red Wings in 1997 and 1998. Playing career A prototypical stay-at-home defenceman, Rouse was drafted in 1982 by the Minnesota North Stars. After playing parts of six seasons with the North Stars, Rouse was traded to the Washington Capitals at the trade deadline of the 1988–89 NHL season in the deal that also sent Dino Ciccarelli to the Capitals. His steady and tough style of defensive play helped guide the Capitals to their first semifinals appearance, in 1990. Pokey Reddick
Eldon Wade "Pokey" Reddick (born October 6, 1964) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender in the National Hockey League from 1986–87 to 1993–94. Playing career As a youth, Reddick played in the 1977 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with a minor ice hockey team from Toronto. Reddick spent most of his career in various minor leagues playing for various teams. His NHL-level experience included playing for the Winnipeg Jets, Edmonton Oilers, and Florida Panthers. He won a Stanley Cup Championship with the Oilers in 1990 as the backup goaltender to Bill Ranford, because of a season-ending injury to the Oilers regular goaltender Grant Fuhr. Donald Kenneth Nachbaur (born January 30, 1959) is a Canadian professional ice hockey coach and former player. He played eight seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Hartford Whalers, Edmonton Oilers, Philadelphia Flyers between 1980 and 1990. He would later spend four years in the Austrian Hockey League. After retiring Nachbaur turned to coaching, and spent several years as a head coach in the Western Hockey League (WHL). Andy Moog
Donald Andrew Moog (; born February 18, 1960) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender. Moog played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Edmonton Oilers, Boston Bruins, Dallas Stars and Montreal Canadiens, and also for the Canadian national team. Moog is a three-time Stanley Cup champion: 1984, 1985 and 1987. He earned the William M. Jennings Trophy in the 1989–90 NHL season for fewest total goals against the team during the regular season, sharing the trophy with his goaltending partner, Reggie Lemelin. Randy Moller
Randall W. Moller (born August 23, 1963) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He was drafted in the first round, eleventh overall by the Quebec Nordiques in the 1981 National Hockey League (NHL) entry draft. The majority of his career was spent with the Quebec Nordiques. Moller also played with the New York Rangers, Buffalo Sabres and the Florida Panthers. Randy is the brother of Mike Moller. He is currently a color commentator for the Panthers. Mark Lamb
Mark William Lamb (born August 3, 1964) is a Canadians, Canadian former professional ice hockey player, and current general manager and head coach of the Prince George Cougars of the Western Hockey League (WHL). Lamb was previously the head coach of the Tucson Roadrunners of the American Hockey League (AHL) and the Swift Current Broncos of the WHL. Lamb was born in Ponteix, Saskatchewan, Ponteix, Saskatchewan but grew up in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
