Billi Smiles Circus
''Billi'' is a 2000 Pakistani Urdu horror film directed by Syed Noor starring Meera, Noor and Saima. This horror film is supposedly based on a true story about a victim turning into a scum-busting avenger. Plot The film opens with a scene where fiery criminal lawyer Meera is being gang-raped to put a rapist behind bars, but the judge rules against her. Though the rapist walks free, is there a power who can save him from the justice of the “Billi” — a shadowy figure dressed in a black cat suit who has taken to the streets at night rounding up all scum and sleaze and dishing out her own brand of justice to chilling effect. There is an earnest police officer (Uthba) determined to nab the cat but he does not appear to be making much headway as this cat appears to have at least nine lives. Syed Noor
Syed Noor (Punjabi language, Punjabi, ur, ) (born Syed Ghulam Mohyuddin Noor) is a Pakistani film director based in Lahore. In 1970 Syed Noor joined the Pakistani film industry as an assistant to director S. Suleman. Noor assisted S. Suleman for 18 feature films, after which, he penned his first script for the film, "Society Girl" in 1976, which was considered the best film of the year. After the success of his first film, Noor became the prime screenwriting talent in the Pakistani film industry and worked with all the prominent directors of the time. Syed Noor wrote about 250 films from 1976 to 1992. His written scripts and screenplays were both in Urdu and in Punjabi. Saima Noor
Saima Noor is a Pakistani actress who appears in Pakistani films and television dramas. Mirza Nazeer Baig (born 19 July 1941), also known by his stage name Nadeem ( ur, ندیم) is a Pakistani actor, singer and producer.
