The ''Billboard'' Greek Airplay is the Greek music industry standard singles popularity chart issued weekly by Billboard Greece. It is powered by ''Media Inspector'' and IFPI Greece ever since March 2011. ''Media Inspector'' monitors a total of 150 radio stations around Greece, and compiles a combined repertoire Top 200 airplay chart, though it is not publicly accessible. A new chart is compiled and officially released to the public by ''Billboard Greece'' on Monday. A record chart, in the music industry, also called a music chart, is a ranking of recorded music according to certain criteria during a given period. ''Billboard Greece'' is a Greek online magazine that launched on 18 March 2011. It serves as the localized version of ''Billboard'', also featuring independent coverage of both Greek and international music repertoire. Background ''Billboard'' was first introduced to the Greek public in the 1970s. Giannis Petridis was the first to present the top 10 from his radio show, where he also regularly presented various reports from the magazine. The complete presentation of the top 10 singles and albums, and later the top 20, was started in 1976 on the radio show "Studio 344" hosted by Akis Evenis on B. Program. The presentation would take place every Friday, a week earlier than the official publication of Billboard in the United States, as he would receive the charts directly from Voice of America. IFPI Greece
International Federation of the Phonographic Industry Greece, or simply IFPI Greece, is the Greek branch of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) and is the official charts provider and recording sales certification body for Greece. The association compiles and publishes a Top 75 album sales chart. The chart is sponsored by Cyta Hellas. The domestic trade name of IFPI Greece is "Ένωση Ελλήνων Παραγωγών Ηχογραφημάτων" (ΕΕΠΗ) (English: Association of Greek Producers of Phonograms GPP. Despite that, 'IFPI Greece' is the name used to refer to the association and the name it is branded under. "Loca" ( en, "Crazy") is a song by Colombian singer-songwriter Shakira, taken from her ninth studio album, ''Sale el Sol'' (2010). It was released by Epic Records as the lead single from the album. The Spanish-language version features Dominican rapper El Cata, and was released on 10 September 2010, while the English-language version features British rapper Dizzee Rascal, and was released on 13 September 2010.
