''Billa II'' is a 2012 Indian Tamil language, Tamil-language action film directed by Chakri Toleti. It is a prequel to ''Billa (2007 film), Billa'' and the film was set at the ending of late 1990s, 1990's. The story focuses on how David Billa, an ordinary man from the coastal regions of Sri Lanka, becomes a dreaded underworld Crime boss, don. Rashin Rahman (born 23 May 1967) is an Indian actor. He has worked in around 200 films, primarily in Malayalam cinema, in addition to Tamil, Hindi and Telugu cinema, and has won several awards.
