Bill Harvey (footballer, Born 1896)
William Henry Harvey (12 April 1896 – 1972) was an English association football player and manager. He played as an outside right in the Football League for Sheffield Wednesday and Birmingham. He also played first-class cricket for Border and Warwickshire. Early life Harvey was born at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Netley, near Southampton, in 1896. Playing career Harvey played for Sheffield Wednesday, Birmingham and Southend United. Netley
Netley, officially referred to as Netley Abbey, is a village on the south coast of Hampshire, England. It is situated to the south-east of the city of Southampton, and flanked on one side by the ruins of Netley Abbey and on the other by the Royal Victoria Country Park. Warwickshire County Cricket Club
Warwickshire County Cricket Club is one of eighteen first-class county clubs within the domestic cricket structure of England and Wales. It represents the historic county of Warwickshire.
