Bilgesu Aydın
Bilgesu Aydın (born June 8, 1994) is a Turkish women's football goalkeeper currently playing in the Turkish Women's First Football League for Konak Belediyespor in İzmir with jersey number 88. She is member of the Turkey women's national team. Bilgesu Aydın was born in Denizli on June 8, 1994. She studied physical education and sports at Ege University in Izmir. Playing career She began football playing encouraged by her mother, who took her to the local football club in Izmir, where the family moved to, and registered her. She bought her goalkeeper glove and shoes knowing that her daughter wanted to be a goalkeeper. Club Aydın received her license for Bucaspor on May 29, 2009. She played two seasons for the team, capping 19 times during this time. In the 2011–12 season, she transferred to the Ankara-based Gazi Üniversitesispor, where she played one season and appeared in 16 games. Ataşehir Belediyespor is a Turkish sports club based in the Ataşehir district of Istanbul. It is known for its women's football team that won the Turkish League championship in 2011, the fourth year of its existence. They defended their title successfully in 2012. History The women's team was founded as a high school team, Ümraniye Mevlana Lisesi SK, in 2007. The team was promoted at the end of their first season in the Women's Regional League to the Women's Second League. The next season, they were able to ascend to the Women's First League. NTV is a Turkish nationwide television news channel owned by Doğuş Media Group. It was partnered with MSNBC between May 2000 and 2014. 2019–20 Turkish Women's First Football League
The 2019–20 season of the Turkish Women's First Football League is the 24th season of Turkey's premier women's football league. The league season started with the first week matches on 20 October 2019, and the regular season will conclude with the 22nd week matches on 3 May 2020. The number of participating teams was increased from ten to twelve again after eight seasons. Trabzon İdmanocağı was relegated after the previous season due to not show-up. The 2018–19 season of the Turkish Women's First Football League is the 23rd season of Turkey's premier women's football league. The league season started with the first week matches on 21 October 2018. The regular season concluded with the 18th week matches on 28 April. 2019.
