''Bike India'' is a motorcycle magazine published by Next Gen Publishing Ltd. The magazine was launched in 2005 under founder editor Adil Darukhanawala. Indian Motorsport legend and Isle of Man TT alum Aspi Bhathena has been at the helm of the magazine since 2008. ''Bike India'' is considered the oldest pure motorcycle magazine in India. The magazine's editorial office is based out of the city of Pune. The magazine covers the entire gamut of two-wheeled motorised vehicles – from electric scooters to the most powerful superbikes available on the market and everything in between. ''Bike India'' was also the only Asian publication and one of eight publications from the world over to ride Ducati's World Super Bike Factory race bike with Chaz Davies. A motorcycle (motorbike, bike, or trike (if three-wheeled)) is a two or three-wheeled motor vehicle steered by a handlebar. Chaz Davies
Chaz Davies (born 10 February 1987 in Knighton, Powys, Wales), is a former motorcycle racer who announced his retirement from competition in September 2021. For 2022, Davies is to become a rider-coach working with Ducati and Feel Racing, mentoring Alvaro Bautista and Michael Ruben Rinaldi in World Superbikes and Nicolo Bulega in Ducati's inaugural World Supersport season, riding the Panigale V-twin. He was the 2011 World Supersport champion and also the 2011 BBC Wales Sports Personality of the Year. ''Bike'' is a British motorcycling magazine that was established and edited by journalist Mark Williams in 1971, originally as a one-off ''Car'' magazine special. Taking a leaf out of ''Car'' magazine's book, ''Bike'' published "Giant Tests", namely, head-to-head comparison tests, which were innovative at the time. Before then, motorcycle journals and magazines would test bikes only individually and in isolation from other bikes. The first "Giant Test", in summer 1971, was a comparison between a BSA Rocket 3 and a Norton Commando. Mark Williams wrote a regular column entitled "Running out of Road". Other contributors included: LJK Setright, who wrote the "Cog-swapping" column; Jim Greening who wrote the "Short Circuits" column; and the pseudonymous "Hap Spoons" who wrote "Odds & Sods".
