Emilio Bigi
Emilio Bigi (1 July 1910 – 28 May 1969) was the son of Elisa Bigi, from the Italian collectivity in Paraguay. Childhood and youth As a small child, Bigi was part of the “Batallón de exploradores” (Explorers battalion), directed by the Salesiano priest Ernesto Pérez Acosta (Pa’i Pérez). Later, he played the bass in the Capital Police Band of Musicians. Early moments Emilio studied the accordion, theory and solfeggio in the Paraguayan Athenaeum and later, the bandoneon. He played this instrument as part of the popular orchestra of Gerardo Fernández Moreno and other groups. He eventually formed his own orchestra. Bigi was part of the delegation of President Higinio Morínigo, in an official visit to Argentina. Ikaros Bigi
Ikaros Bigi (born 27 August 1947) is a German theoretical physicist. His research focuses on refining the Standard Model phenomenology. Biography Bigi graduated from Gymnasium Fridericianum, Erlangen, in 1967. Six years later he received a Master from the Max-Planck-Institute for Physics, University of Munich, where he stayed until 1977 to finish his PhD in Theoretical Physics. Since 1984 he is also a holder of Habilitation degree in Physics, acquired from RWTH Aachen University. During his career, Bigi has been a research associate in many research teams in laboratories for Physics around the world. To summarize, some of them were SLAC (1973-1974), the Max Planck Institute for Physics in Munich (1975-1981), CERN (1978-1980), the Fermilab (1984). Luca Bigi
Luca Bigi (born 19 April 1991) is an Italian professional rugby union player who primarily plays hooker for Zebre Parma of the United Rugby Championship. He has also represented Italy at international level, having made his test debut against Scotland during the 2017 Summer Internationals. Bigi has previously played for clubs such as Valorugby Emilia, Viadana, Petrarca, and Benetton in the past. Professional career Bigi was playing with Viadana and Petrarca Padova, when he caught the eye of the Benetton staff and signed with the Pro12 side in 2015. Grosseto () is a city and ''comune'' in the central Italian region of Tuscany, the capital of the Province of Grosseto.
