Solomon Bibo
Solomon Bibo (July 15, 1853 – May 4, 1934) was a Jewish trader in the American Old West who became governor of Acoma Pueblo, equivalent of the tribal chief. He was the only non-Indian ever to serve as a governor of an Indian Pueblo. Bibo (soft Drink)
Bibo is a fruit juice-flavored soft drink introduced in 1998 by the Coca-Cola Company, and sold in Turkey, South Africa and Mozambique. Bibo was one of a set of regional brands established around the world, including Qoo in Asia, Senzao in Mexico and Kapo in Latin America. The most popular variety is Bibo Candy Pine-Nut, a mix of pineapple and coconut. Other flavors include Johnny Orange, Paolo Peach, Taka Strawberry, Tiko Lemon, Jay Apple Jr., Jo Grape, Willie Pineapple and DJ Kiwi Mango. Coca-Cola planned to bring Bibo to Eastern Europe, but discontinued the drink in 2004. Bibo is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Cibola County, New Mexico, United States. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 140. István Bibó (7 August 1911, Budapest – 10 May 1979, Budapest) was a Hungarian lawyer, civil servant, politician and political theorist. Life During the Hungarian Revolution he acted as the Minister of State for the Hungarian National Government. When the Soviets invaded to crush the rebellious government, he was the last Minister left at his post in the Hungarian Parliament building in Budapest.
