The Białystok School of Public Administration was a non-state higher education institution founded in 1996 as an initiative of the Foundation in Support of Local Democracy. It was a non-state and non-profit school of higher education. The school's Rector (academia), rector was Barbara Kudrycka. The school was closed in 2019. Białystok
Białystok is the largest city in northeastern Poland and the capital of the Podlaskie Voivodeship. It is the tenth-largest city in Poland, second in terms of population density, and thirteenth in area. Białystok is located in the Białystok Uplands of the Podlachian Plain on the banks of the Biała River, by road northeast of Warsaw.
