Anup Bhandari is an Indian film director, composer and lyricist who works primarily in Cinema of Karnataka, Kannada cinema. He made his directorial début with the mystery thriller film ''Rangitaranga'', featuring his brother Nirup Bhandari, in 2015. Early life Anup Bhandari was born on 2 March 1982 in Puttur, Karnataka to Sudhakar Bhandary and Rathna Bhandary. Rajendra Bahadur Bhandari ( ne, राजेन्द्र बहादुर भण्डारी) (born 14 November 1975) is a Nepalese long-distance runner and soldier who has won two silver medals at the 9th Asian Games and two gold medals at the 10th Asian Games. Rajendra Bhandari was born in Chock Chisapani-9 V.D.C. (22 km from Dumre bazar of Tanahun District) (now Kathmandu, Nepal ) in a Hindu Bhandari Chhetri family. Sikkim Sangram Parishad is a regional political party in the Indian state of Sikkim. In 1979, after a period of instability, a ministry headed by Nar Bahadur Bhandari from Sikkim Janata Parishad party gained power in Sikkim. In 1984, Bhandari dissolved Sikkim Janata Parishad and formed a new party called Sikkim Sangram Parishad. Sikkim Sangram Parishad held on to power in the 1984 and 1989 elections, but after that lost to Sikkim Democratic Front, which has swept the elections since 1999.
