''Bejawada'' or ''Bezawada'' is a 2011 Indian Telugu-language action crime film based on the Vijayawada Gang Warfare, directed by Vivek Krishna and produced by Ram Gopal Varma and Renny Johnson. Bezawada Bapanaya Naidou Jr was a grandson of Bezawada Bapanaya Sr., the first Mayor of Yanam, and was himself the mayor from 1925 to 1930. Bezawada Gopala Reddy
Bezawada Gopala Reddy (5 August 1907 – 9 March 1997) was an Indian politician. He was Chief Minister of the erstwhile Andhra State (28 March 1955 – 1 November 1956) and Governor of Uttar Pradesh (1 May 1967 – 1 July 1972). He was popularly known as Andhra Tagore. Both Gopal Reddy and his wife studied at Santhiniketan established by Rabindranath Tagore. Bezawada Ramachandra Reddy
Bezawada Ramachandra Reddy CBE (24 November 1894 – 3 March 1973) was an Indian politician of the Justice Party and one of the founders of the Swatantra Party. He served as the President of the Madras Legislative Council from 1930 to 1937. Ramachandra Reddy was a relative of Indian National Congress politician Bezawada Gopala Reddy. Early life Ramachandra Reddy was born on 24 November 1894 to Sri Subba Reddy & Kamala (Dodla) in Buchireddypalem in the Madras Presidency. He graduated from the Madras University in 1919 and immediately entered politics serving for a while as the President of the District Educational Council, Nellore. Bezwada Wilson (born 1966) is an Indian activist and one of the founders and National Convenor of the Safai Karmachari Andolan (SKA), an Indian human rights organization that has been campaigning for the eradication of manual scavenging, the construction, operation and employment of manual scavengers which has been illegal in India since 1993. His work at SKA, a community-driven movement, has been recognized by the Ashoka Foundation which has nominated him a Senior Fellow. On 27 July 2016, he was honoured with the Ramon Magsaysay Award.
