Beyza Kocatürk
Beyza Kocatürk (born 9 December 1996) is a Turkish women's football defender currently playing in the Women's Super League for Ankara BB Fomget with jersey number 3. She played for the national girls' U-17 and the women's U-19 teams, before she became a member of the Turkey women's team. Club career Beyza Kocatürk received her license for her hometown club İzmit Saratbajçe Belediyespor on 10 June 2008. After one season, she transferred to İzmit Belediyespor, where she played three seasons from 2009 to 2012. She was later with İzmit Çenesuyu Plajyoluspor, Karşıyaka Koleji Spor and Kireçburnu Spor for one season. In the 2015–16 season, Kocatürk joined Trabzon İdmanocağı to play in the First League again after three seasons. Ataşehir Belediyespor is a Turkish sports club based in the Ataşehir district of Istanbul. It is known for its women's association football, women's football team that won the Turkish League championship in 2011, the fourth year of its existence. They defended their title successfully in 2012. History The women's team was founded as a high school team, Ümraniye Mevlana Lisesi SK, in 2007. The team was promoted at the end of their first season in the Women's Regional League to the Women's Second League. The next season, they were able to ascend to the Women's First League. The 2018–19 season of the Turkish Women's First Football League is the 23rd season of Turkey's premier women's football league. The league season started with the first week matches on 21 October 2018. The regular season concluded with the 18th week matches on 28 April. 2019. Ten teams competed with two promoted teams, ALG Spor of Gaziantep and Hakkarigücü Spor from Hakkari, which replace the relegated teams 1207 Antalyaspor and İlkadım Belediyesi from Samsun. The 2019–20 season of the Turkish Women's First Football League is the 24th season of Turkey's premier women's association football, women's football league. The Turkish Women's Second Football League () is the third tier league competition for women's association football in Turkey. Format Teams promoted to Women's First League Format As of 2023–24 Season, 31 teams compete for promoting to 1st League. They were divided into four groups according to their geographical location.
