Beulah Heights is a former settlement in Alameda County, California now annexed to Oakland. It was located northwest of Mills College. A post office operated at Beulah Heights from 1907 to 1911. Mills College at Northeastern University is a private college in Oakland, California and part of Northeastern University's global university system. Mills College was founded as the Young Ladies Seminary in 1852 in Benicia, California; it was relocated to Oakland in 1871 and became the first women's college west of the Rockies.
