The Better Public Broadcasting Association (BPBA) is a defunct organization launched in 1995 in Clinton, Oklahoma by a group of local radio broadcasters intended to bring some sense of local ownership to the airwaves and disseminate useful and meaningful information to the public, not only in the event of an emergency but on a day by day and hour by hour basis to their service area. Beaver is a town and county seat in Beaver County, Oklahoma, United States. The community is in the Oklahoma Panhandle.
