''Best Friend'' (), also known as ''Good Neighbor'', is a 2020 South Korean comedy-drama film directed by Lee Hwan-kyung, starring Jung Woo, Oh Dal-su, Kim Hee-won, and Kim Byung-chul (actor), Kim Byung-chul. The film was released theatrically on November 25, 2020. Synopsis Dae-kwon (Jung Woo) is the head of the provincial government team who is unemployed and on the verge of being demoted. He receives a mission with his team members to monitor the family of a politician (Oh Dal-su) who is quarantined at home 24 hours a day upon entering the country from overseas. The wiretapping team members move into a neighboring house undercover and discover new secrets one by one as they monitor all the suspicious sounds and actions of the family, from requests for radio stories to rustling noises in the middle of the night. The album contains the singles " Let's Go Surfing," "Best Friend," "Me and the Moon" and "Forever and Ever, Amen" as well as "Down By The Water," which had previously been released as part of the band's '' Summertime!'' Jason Chen (; Pha̍k-fa-sṳ: Chhîn Yi-thûng, born November 12, 1988) is an American pop singer. He began as a singer performing covers on YouTube, where he gained a sizable following. As of April 17, 2020, his YouTube channel, MusicNeverSleeps, has approximately 1.96 million subscribers. Since 2010, Chen has released dozens of singles and four full albums. Early life and education Chen was born in Boston, Massachusetts, to Taiwanese American parents but soon moved to Arcadia, California, when he was a few months old.
