Bertrix
Bertrix (; wa, Bietris) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium. On 1 January 2007 the municipality, which covers 137.7 km², had 8,164 inhabitants, giving a population density of 59.3 inhabitants per km². Bertrix is home to the NATO reserve Jehonville Air Base. Geography The municipality consists of the following districts: Auby-sur-Semois, Bertrix, Cugnon, Jehonville, and Orgeo. Other population centers include: Climate Transport Bertrix railway station, in the east of the town, has regular train services to Libramont, Dinant and Virton. On week-days trains run via Virton and Aubange to Arlon. Cugnon
Cugnon is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Bertrix, located in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium. It was a municipality in its own right before the merger of the municipalities in 1977. Cugnon merged under the French regime with , Géripont and Mortehan. It was separated from Auby-sur-Semois on 30 July 1899 and in 1964 annexed the hamlet of Thibauroche, detached from Muno. Etymology Cugnon comes from the following: Chez (Latin casae “at home” = French chez) Congidunus (Celtic surname, cf. the Breton king Cogidunus cited by Tacitus in Agricola, or the Gallic Conconnetodunnus, cited by L. Herbeumont
Herbeumont (; wa, Arbûmont) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium. On 1 January 2007 the municipality, which covers 58.81 km², had 1,536 inhabitants, giving a population density of 26.1 inhabitants per km². The municipality consists of the following districts: Herbeumont, Saint-Médard, and Straimont. Other population centers include: Gribomont, Martilly, and Menugoutte. Florenville (; Gaumais: ''Floravile'') is a city and municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium. On 1 January 2016 the municipality had 5,639 inhabitants. The total area is 146.91 km², giving a population density of 38.38 inhabitants per km². It is located on the Semois River, facing the French border. Libin () is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium. On 1 January 2019 the municipality, which covers 140.5 km², had 5,223 inhabitants, giving a population density of 37.2 inhabitants per km².
