Alicia L. Bertone is an American academic, administrator, researcher, and veterinary surgeon. She is a professor and a provost in the Office of Academic Affairs at the Ohio State University. Bertone has worked as the Vice-Provost of Graduate Studies, Associate Vice Provost of Data and Analysis, the ENGIE-Axium Endowed Dean of the Graduate School, and the Trueman Family Endowed Chair at the Ohio State University. Giovanni Bertone (1884 in Mondovì, Piedmont – 1972 may 10 in Turin) was an Italian automobile designer, known for establishing the Carrozzeria Bertone business. Life and career Bertone was the sixth of the seven sons from a farming family. He had worked as a carriage wheelmaker, and was employed at Diatto (1907) when he established his own carriage building and repair shop in ''Corso Peschiera'' (1912). Being a friend of Vincenzo Lancia, he got contracts from Fiat and thus entered the automobile design market, his first self made car body being based on a (Società Piemontese Automobili) S.P.A. 9000 in 1921. Another early success at this time was the Fiat 501 competition car. Subsequently, Bertone also designed many Lancia cars. Leonardo Bertone (born 14 March 1994) is a Swiss footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for FC Thun. Club career Bertone was born in Wohlen bei Bern. He made his league debut during the 2011–12 season, his only appearance that season. Giuseppe Bertone, also called "Nuccio", (4 July 1914, in Turin – 26 February 1997, in Turin) was an automobile designer and constructor. He took over Carrozzeria Bertone from his father, Giovanni after World War II, growing the small business to a car building and designing powerhouse. After racing Fiat, O.S.C.A., Maserati, and Ferrari, Bertone moved to construction, agreeing to build his first car, a series of 200 MGs, at the 1952 Turin Motor Show. He drew attention at the Paris Motor Show that year with an Abarth concept, and was chosen to design the replacement for the Alfa Romeo Disco Volante. These so-called BAT (Berlina Aerodinamica Tecnica) cars used the Alfa Romeo 1900 Sprint chassis. Rosana Andrea Bertone (born 9 May 1972, in San Salvador, Entre Ríos) is an Argentine politician and the former Governor of Tierra del Fuego Province, serving from 2015 to 2019. Since 2019 she has been a National Deputy. Political career Bertone qualified as a lawyer in 1995 from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the National University of the Littoral. Tarcisio Pietro Evasio Bertone (born 2 December 1934) is an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church and a Vatican diplomat.
