Bertha Stich
Pauline Sophie Bertha Stich, married name Miehe from 1844 (4 October 1818 – 18 August 1876), was a German stage actress. Life Born in Berlin as the daughter of the acting couple Wilhelm Stich (actor), Wilhelm Stich and Auguste Crelinger, Auguste Stich, ''née'' Düring, who was widowed in 1827 and married the banker's son , Stich was trained for the stage by her mother. Together with her mother and sister Clara Stich, Clara, she entered the stage of the Königstädtisches Theater in Berlin for the first time in 1834 as Eucharis in ''Sappho''. This performance led to an immediate engagement in which she, like her sister, took on the Rollenfach of the teenage lover, and which lasted until 1842. touring theatre, Guest performance tours took mother and daughters to Hamburg and Vienna, among other places. ''A Midsummer Night's Dream'' is a comedy written by William Shakespeare 1595 or 1596. The play is set in Athens, and consists of several subplots that revolve around the marriage of Theseus and Hippolyta. One subplot involves a conflict among four Athenian lovers. Another follows a group of six amateur actors rehearsing the play which they are to perform before the wedding. Paul List (21 August 1869 – 30 April 1929) was a German publisher. Life Born in Berlin the son of Friedrich Jacob Alfred List (1829-1882), banker and co-founder of , and his wife Christine Marie Louise, ''née'' Simon, started out in Göttingen But then he started the career of his grandfather, the Berlin publisher Jacob Alfred List (1778-1848), who studied agriculture and became a bookseller at the publishing house Schall & Grund, Berlin. On April 1, 1894 List founded the Paul List Verlag in Berlin, in the tradition of his grandfather's List-Verlag, which was founded in 1814. In 1896 he moved to Leipzig, Carolinenstraße 22, where he concentrated on light fiction and non-fiction. Among its most successful authors was Nataly von Eschstruth. Wilhelm Stich (actor)
Wilhelm Stich (26 November 1894 – date of death unknown) was a German Nazi Party official who served as the first '' Gauleiter'' of Gau East Prussia in the Party's early days. Life Stich was born in Rogahlen in East Prussia, now named Rogale and located in Poland. He was the son of a salesman, also named Wilhelm Stich, and his wife Wilhelmine Dublaski. Not much is known about his education and early life. He was employed as a commercial clerk in Königsberg, the East Prussian capital, and on 8 April 1920 married Herta Maria Stich, daughter of August Stich and Justine Kimm. Stich joined the Nazi Party in 1925 (membership number 18,327) shortly after the lifting of the ban that had been imposed on it in the wake of the Beer Hall Putsch of November 1923.
