Bernat Martínez
Bernat Martínez Mas (10 January 1980 – 19 July 2015) was a Spanish motorcycle racer. At international level, he competed in the European Superstock 1000 Championship, the Superbike World Championship, the Supersport World Championship and the Moto2 World Championship. He died on 19 July 2015 along with Dani Rivas due to injuries sustained in an accident in Laguna Seca. Road America is a motorsport road course located near Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, United States on Wisconsin Highway 67. It has hosted races since the 1950s and currently hosts races in the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series, WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, IndyCar Series, SCCA Pirelli World Challenge, ASRA, AMA Superbike series, and SCCA Pro Racing's Trans-Am Series. Brands Hatch is a motor racing circuit in West Kingsdown, Kent, England, United Kingdom. Originally used as a grasstrack motorcycle circuit on farmland, it hosted 12 runnings of the British Grand Prix between 1964 and 1986 and currently hosts many British and International racing events. The 2006 Supersport World Championship was the eighth FIM Supersport World Championship season—the tenth taking into account the two held under the name of Supersport World Series. The season started on 25 February at Losail and finished on 8 October at Magny-Cours after 12 races. The riders' championship was won by Sébastien Charpentier with a total of 6 race wins. Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours is a motor racing circuit located in central France, near the towns of Magny-Cours and Nevers, some from Paris and from Lyon.
