Bernard Lloyd
Bernard Lloyd (30 January 1934 – 12 December 2018) was a Welsh actor noted for his television roles. He attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and he performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company. Perhaps his most famous role was as The Traveller, the man who tries to unravel signalman Denholm Elliott's predicament in the 1976 ''Ghost Story for Christmas'', '' The Signalman'', based on the short story by Charles Dickens.The Signalman' at bbc.co.uk, retrieved 8 July 2010 He also played William Holman Hunt in the 1975 Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood drama ''The Love School''. Newport, Wales
Newport ( cy, Casnewydd; ) is a city and Local government in Wales#Principal areas, county borough in Wales, situated on the River Usk close to its confluence with the Severn Estuary, northeast of Cardiff. ''The Young Victoria'' is a 2009 British period drama film directed by Jean-Marc Vallée and written by Julian Fellowes, based on the early life and reign of Queen Victoria, and her marriage to Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. Produced by Graham King, Martin Scorsese, Sarah Ferguson, and Timothy Headington, the film stars Emily Blunt, Rupert Friend, Paul Bettany, Miranda Richardson, Harriet Walter, Mark Strong, and Jim Broadbent among a large ensemble cast. Lewis (TV Series)
''Lewis'' is a British television detective drama produced for ITV, first airing in 2006 (pilot) then 2007 (series 1). It is a spin-off from ''Inspector Morse'' and, like that series, it is set in Oxford. Kevin Whately reprises his character Robert "Robbie" Lewis, who was Morse's sergeant in the original series.
