Berenberg Masters
The Berenberg Masters was a men's golf tournament on the European Senior Tour. The tournament was held from 2010 to 2013. It was sponsored by and named for Berenberg Bank. The first edition was played at The Links at Fancourt, George, South Africa, after which it moved to Germany. It was played at the Cologne Golf and Country Club, Bergisch Gladbach, Cologne in 2011, at Wﾃｶrthsee Golf Club, Wﾃｶrthsee near Munich in 2012 before returning to Cologne Golf and Country Club in 2013. The prize fund was 竄ｬ500,000 in 2010 and 竄ｬ400,000 from 2011 to 2013. The 2012 tournament was won by Tim Thelen Tim Thelen (born June 14, 1961) is an American professional golfer. Peter Fowler
Peter Randall Fowler (born 9 June 1959) is an Australian golfer who plays on the PGA Tour of Australasia and European Senior Tour. Career Fowler was born in Hornsby, New South Wales. He turned professional in 1977 and won the Australian Open in 1983. He has spent a large part of his career playing on the European Tour, where he made the top one hundred on the Order of Merit every year from 1983 to 1993, with a best ranking of 22nd in 1989. His only European Tour win came at the 1993 BMW International Open in Germany. After struggling for form in through the mid and late nineties Fowler enjoyed something of an Indian summer between 2002 and 2004, returning to the top hundred for those three seasons, and recording his best finish in The Open Championship in 2003 when he came joint 22nd. Sam Torrance
Samuel Robert Torrance (born 24 August 1953) is a Scottish professional golfer and sports commentator. He was one of the leading players on the European Tour from the mid-1970s to the late 1990s, with 21 Tour wins. Torrance was a member of European Ryder Cup teams on eight occasions consecutively; on Cup-winning teams four times. He was also part of the winning Scotland team at the 1995 Dunhill Cup. Bobby Lincoln
Robert James "Bobby" Lincoln (born 8 September 1953) is a South African professional golfer who was a regular winner on the Southern African Tour from 1985 to 2000, and now plays on the European Seniors Tour. Lincoln played on the European Tour in the late 1970s and early 1980s with little success. He was over thirty before he found success on his home tour by winning the 1985 Wild Coast Pro-Am. He went on to win three times in each of the following three years. Boonchu Ruangkit (born 12 May 1956) is a Thai professional golfer who plays on the Champions Tour. Early life As a young man, Boonchu tried for a career in kick boxing, but he gave it up after being knocked out cold in his third bout. He made his mark in golf when he won the 1985 Australian Amateur. Professional career Boonchu turned professional in 1986. He has won five titles on the Asian Tour since its first modern season in 1995, and has several other victories to his name. He was the runner-up on the Asian Tour Order of Merit in 1995 and also made the top ten in 1998 and 2004. Ian Harold Woosnam (born 2 March 1958) is a Welsh professional golfer. Nicknamed 'Woosie', Woosnam was one of the "Big Five" generation of European golfers, all born within 12 months of one another, all of whom have won majors, and made Europe competitive in the Ryder Cup.
