Benubana Chhaya is a categorized water park in Kolkata located at EM Bypass The Eastern Metropolitan Bypass (known simply as both ''E.M. Bypass'' and ''EM Bypass'') is a (Including Kamalgazi to Baruipur extension) major road on the east side of Kolkata. It connects Ultadanga (North Kolkata) to Baruipur Puratan Baz ..., Baishnabghata Patuli Township. It has been developed by Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA) in 2013 for beatification of Kolkata. It is a Public Park built around a lake and has a tree lined path flanked by lakes on either side. The park is a peaceful destination to spend time with family and friends. Visitors can also take a boat ride, and visit a tram restaurant located inside the park. One needs to buy a ticket to enter the park and the price for the ticket is Rs10 per person. Baishnabghata Patuli Township
Patuli (Baishnabghata Patuli Township) is a neighbourhood located in the southern part of East Kolkata in West Bengal, India. It constitutes a major portion of Garia. Baishnaghata Patuli Township is a World Bank–funded project on the eastern fringes of EM Bypass, currently one of the most promising area of south Kolkata. Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA) is the statutory planning and development authority for the Kolkata Metropolitan Area (KMA) in the state of West Bengal, India. The organisation used to be known as Calcutta Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) and retains the previous logo. EM Bypass
The Eastern Metropolitan Bypass (known simply as both ''E.M. Bypass'' and ''EM Bypass'') is a (Including Kamalgazi to Baruipur extension) major road on the east side of Kolkata. It connects Ultadanga (North Kolkata) to Baruipur Puratan Bazar (South Kolkata). The road is a major link to Salt Lake and New Town. EM Bypass is part of both State Highway 1 and State Highway 3. Much high-end construction and development in Kolkata has been centred around the Bypass. It was designed as a six to eight-lane bypass to lessen traffic congestion on the entire stretch of Gariahat Road. Several consequent connections have been made to Gariahat Road to further move traffic to the Bypass.
