''Bent Osol'' (English: A Good Girl) is the twelfth studio album by Lebanese recording artist Diana Haddad. The album was released by Platinum Records Christmas 2011. ''Bent Osol'' marks Haddad's first album in various Arabic dialects since her 2006 self-titled album ''Diana 2006'' (2006). Background and development In 2008, Haddad announced the inclusion of a duet with a well-known R&B female artist on her upcoming twelfth studio album. The announcement came after Haddad's performance at the Mawazine festival which lead the press to speculate that the act Haddad referred to was Whitney Houston as they both performed during the same night in the festival. However, later that year Haddad revealed that the artist she was hoping to duet with was Alicia Keys who asked a large amount of money for the duet that Haddad refused to pay. Carl Abou Samah ( ar, كارل أبو سمح; born April 18, 1979), better known by his stage name Karl Wolf, is a Lebanese-Canadian musician based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has been a singer, songwriter, and producer since 2001, releasing his first solo album '' Face Behind the Face'' on MapleNationwide/Universal in 2006, followed by a second album ''Bite the Bullet'' in 2007. Nawal El Kuwaitia ( ar, نوال الكويتية; born Nawal Thaher Al-Zaid, 18 November 1966) is a Kuwaiti singer and actress. Career Nawal studied at the Music Institute in Kuwait. Nawal's first album was released in 1984. The majority of her albums are not titled, but rather are referred to by number (e.g. Nawal 98, Nawal 99). She has also filmed many music videos (mainly in Lebanon) and was one of the first Khaliji artists to do so. ''Al-Watan'' (in Arabic الوطن meaning ''The Homeland'') was a Kuwaiti Arabic language daily published by the Al Watan publishing house. The editor in chief was Khalifa Al Ali Al Sabah, a member of the Kuwaiti ruling family, Al Sabah. The paper was in circulation between 1974 and 2015.
