Bent Dahl
Bent Dahl (born 5 October 1970) is a Norwegian handball coach. He is the current head coach of SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea and national coach of the Czech women's national team. Dahl has been coaching several teams during his coaching career, including the Norway women's national junior handball team, the Italian women's national team, Siófok KC and Skrim Kongsberg. He has also been the analytical coach for the Russian national team from 2012 to 2016 and assistant coach for the Romanian women's national team. It was announced on 20 September 2021 that Dahl would be taking over the Romanian top-tier team SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea Sport Club Municipal Râmnicu Vâlcea (), commonly known as SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea or Râmnicu Vâlcea, is a Romanian football team from Râmnicu Vâlcea, Vâlcea County. Vestfold
Vestfold is a traditional region, a former county and a current electoral district in Eastern Norway. In 2020 the county became part of the much larger county of Vestfold og Telemark. Located on the western shore of the Oslofjord, it bordered the previous Buskerud and Telemark counties. The county administration was located in Tønsberg, Norway's oldest city, and the largest city is Sandefjord. With the exception of the city-county of Oslo, Vestfold was the smallest county in Norway by area. Russia Women's National Handball Team
The Russia women's national handball team is the national team of Russia. It is governed by the Handball Union of Russia and took part in international handball competitions. In reaction to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the International Handball Federation banned Russian and Belarus athletes and officials, and the European Handball Federation suspended the national teams of Russia and Belarus as well as Russian and Belarusian clubs competing in European handball competitions. 2023 World Women's Handball Championship
The 2023 IHF World Women's Handball Championship will be 26th edition of the championship, organised by the International Handball Federation (IHF), from 29 November to 17 December 2023. to be jointly hosted by Denmark, Norway and Sweden. It will be the third time in handball history that the championship is jointly hosted, the first in Sweden, and also the first to be played in three countries. The Romanian women's national team represents Romania in senior women's international handball and is controlled by the Romanian Handball Federation, the governing body for handball in Romania. It competes in the three major international tournaments; the Olympic Games, the IHF World Championship and the EHF European Championship. Since first entering World Championship, Romania are the only team to have appeared in all 25 tournaments to date. Handball
Handball (also known as team handball, European handball or Olympic handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team. A standard match consists of two periods of 30 minutes, and the team that scores more goals wins. Modern handball is played on a court of , with a goal in the middle of each end. Siófok KC
Siófok Kézilabda Club is a Hungarian women's team handball team from Siófok, that currently play in the Nemzeti Bajnokság I. They have competed in lower divisions until 2006, when they have won the third-tier championship and gained promotion to the Nemzeti Bajnokság I/B. That time a businessman, János Fodor took over the club, and with the support of the local government, he guaranteed the financial background to fulfil the club's long-term plans. In May 2009, SKC received a surprise request from the Hungarian Handball Federation to replace the financially struggling Tajtavill-Nyíradony and join the top level championship.
